Virginmedia email not working

My virginmedia.com email suddenly stopped working this morning and wouldn't let me reset the password, even using a 3rd party email as suggested. I have been on chat and been told that me having the domain of virginmedia is no longer supported and that it will take 5 working days for them to sort this leaving me without email for this time and yet still charging me the same! I was given no warning of this and not finding online chat very helpful at all

    Not sure what the chat team means by no longer supported.  Provided the email address is linked to your current VM broadband account it should continue to work.  The VM Forum Team staff should be able to help you with this when they reach this thread.

  • Yes it is all still linked. I hope someone can help as I am through to my 3rd chat agent now and no one can help!

      Hey lorrainemoreno, thank you for reaching out  and I am sorry to hear you are having some email issues.

      How did the chat go, did they manage to fix this at all?

      Is this  Virgin.Net email?

      What issue are you getting, is it not letting you login in at all?
