Virgin.net email address to be closed incorrectly
Hi,
I have just received an Email saying that my old Virgin.net Email will be closed in 30 days as you no longer have Virgin Media services. Last year there was a similar problem, and I was told that it had been linked to my current VM account. We are currently out of contract but still paying for VM services.
How do I sort this out as it is our main email.
