Thanks for reaching out to us Richardr1, and welcome back to our Community Forums!
We would have to advise that if we were to perform any move and transfers of an E-Mail accounts this would wipe any E-Mail addresses you have created or use on your active Virgin Media subscription.
With all move and transfer attempts, data protection would need to be passed on both accounts

I use both. If there is really no way they can be merged, then it is probably best to lose the virgin.net one.

I should add to this, as it seems to be helpful to others, both are in the same name, the ongoing broadband account and the "legacy" virgin.net account.
