Virgin.net cancellation email reminder

Received email reminder canvelling Virgin.net accounts 

Spoke to team few weeks ago and since I’ve been with Virgin for media broadband services a number of years was assured all would be fine / yet still getting reminders 

Can this be looked at urgently please / 15 days warnings coming through now !
