@Virgin.net - Email account permanent deletion

I’ve received the Virgin Media email regarding closure of my @virgin.net account in 15 days. This appears to be genuine (not a scam) & I now have only 8 days to address the matter. I now live at an address not currently served by Virgin Media broadband & would VERY MUCH like to keep the email address. Can someone (ideally a Virgin Media “Rep.”) please let me know ASAP if this is possible or not & if possible; what the options are?

    As my signature says I don't work for Virgin Media but I can confidently say that they won't be able to save the virgin.net email address for you if it isn't connected to a current VM broadband account.
