Virgin Media account close months ago but email accounts still active and receiving spam
I closed my elderly mum's VM account after she moved into a care home. This was in April. We have had final bill sorted which was a refund and all the VM equipment was returned. All great so it seemed.
But now the 3 leftover ntl.world.com email accounts STILL appear to be active. One in particular is receiving quite a bit of spam. I understood that these would be closed after 90 days beyond account closure.
We don't need these accounts and it's pretty annoying that right to the end, Virgin Media can't get things right.
How do I get these email accounts closed once and for all please?
