Hi there. My Virgin email on both my iPhone and laptop is saying ‘Cannot connect to the outgoing Mail server’. I can receive, but not send messages. This has been going on since yesterday. Is this a Virgin-wide problem or is it just me and what is the solution, please?

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your emails, can you confirm when using our webmail services here are you able to send emails from here? If so you might need to go into the settings of your iPhone/Laptop where you have the email linked.
