Unable to verify password
I am suddenly unable to log in to my Virgin Media emails from my laptop. It says my password needs to be verified but I cannot remember the VM 02 ID password. I cannot verify another way as that is my work email address and I have just left my place of work.
However - I can still log in to my Virgin Media emails on my iPhone, which seems very odd.
I can't seem to get through to a human being via web chat or on the phone and am getting very frustrated. Can anyone help or give me advice please.
