Unable to use secondary email account
I am unable to access mail posted to my secondary email account - a password is demanded. When I enter the old password, it is not recognised.
on Virginmedia, I logged out of my normal email account and tried to log in using the faulty email in order to change my password. The response was:
This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid
Can anyone help to get around this problem?
