Unable to set up my NTLWORLD email on PC

I have the 4 word password created by the VM app historically, ive tried manual configuration of imap settings but will not allow me to connect. 

I  unable to change my password as virgin media website will not recognise my email address as valid so i cant get into my account.

Im scuppered.
