Unable to receive or send emails via outlook & virgin webmail
getting the following message
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for [MOD EDIT: Personal details].' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for [MOD EDIT: Personal details]. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Also keeps asking for smtp.virginmedia.com details which I know are correct.
It will not let me add my email to the webmail just says my password is in correct.
magicfinger you have a few minutes left to edit your post to remove your email address from the post. Otherwise it will remain on view for scammers to harvest until the Community Moderator removes it in the morning.
As for the outlook error message the fact that you can't log in to the email account via VM webmail suggests a bigger problem with the email address. Do you still have a Virgin Media broadband account to which the email address concerned is attached?
