Unable to connect to Virgin Media email using Windows Live
Hi All,
Its been over a week since I have been able to open up Windows Live Mail on my PC and get any new emails. It looks like the account has been locked from my side.
I have raised several tickets and used the online chat facility but none of the helpdesk staff seem to be able to perform a simple password reset? They say they have reset it but none of the new passwords supplied have worked.
Has anyone else experienced this before and can advise how they got it resolved please?
