Unable to complete SSO sign up for secondary account

I'm getting the same error and have now exceeded the attempts so I logged a ticket with the virgin IT team. My case is slightly different in that I'm a very longstanding customer (20+ years) from back when they offered secondary email accounts so I'm actually only getting this error on my secondary account and not my main one although the secondary account is the email address I actually use the most so it's very frustrating! I'm led to believe it's part of the large known fault that their it team are currently working to fix.
