Sorry to hear of the email issues and adding attachments, we appreciate you raising this with us via the forums.
Have you been able to try this with another device you can access the email account on to see if you still get the error? We have support here for webmail also.

Have you tried different browsers, cleared the browser cache, cookies etc? Tried InPrivate or Incognito etc.? Switched off VPN's if using?
