Unable to access secondary Virgin email account
I've spent the evening trying to access my emails on a secondary account address (which is the one I use on a daily basis) without success. I was initially prompted to change my password, which I did, and I can sign in and see the primary account address. The address I'm trying to access is listed on the sidebar but when I click on it the inbox shows as empty (with what could possibly be a warning triangle next to it!) - any help retrieving the messages from this account would be much appreciated!
