Unable to Access Email

Both my wife and I have ntlworld.com email accounts and this morning are unable to log in.

Systems asks for account verification by entering details then askes  for a back up email account.

However remail fails to arrive and system keeps going to the home page to enter the details and to verify. 

Are Virgin looking into this issue which appears to be affecting a large number of users?

Have just tried to sign in again and now shows server error leaving blank page with Virgin O2 logo at top. Very disappointing.

  • It's been like this since this morning,  no change. Usual message being looked into. Worthless.

      Sorry to hear you are having some email access issues. 

      If you can please try the following and let us know how you get on?

      Sign into the ðŸ‘‰ My Virgin media account for the email address concerned with your VMO2ID (the email address you use to login in and access webmail via my VM)
      Select Account Settings
      Select Identity & Security Settings
      Select Manage your products
      Select Manage email app password
      Click on the blue button 'Get New Password' 

      Hopefully this will restore your access. 🤞

  • Just adds to my conviction to do nothing. Certainly not adding another email address. It will get fixed eventually.
