Unable to Access Email
Both my wife and I have ntlworld.com email accounts and this morning are unable to log in.
Systems asks for account verification by entering details then askes for a back up email account.
However remail fails to arrive and system keeps going to the home page to enter the details and to verify.
Are Virgin looking into this issue which appears to be affecting a large number of users?
Have just tried to sign in again and now shows server error leaving blank page with Virgin O2 logo at top. Very disappointing.
