I am unable to access email on any of my devices and also unable to access virgin media webmail. I keep getting the following error: "A temporary failure occurred during login. Please try again later." Is anybody else having the same issue? Can anybody from tech support advice on issue and/or when a resolve will be implemented? Issue started this afternoon, until then have been able to receive and send emails.

Same for me started this afternoon, but I'm with NTL email, so I will start another thread.
I suspect it's the same issue - they have amalgamated them all into one now, I think, ie all legacy email addresses (blueyonder, ntl etc) are all sited under virgin medial mail... Either way, "we are not alone" and appears to be a wider issue, again!
Me too. I am on the phone to Virgin now. But I have long periods of silence while I wait for them to look at something.
Yes, I have the same error, I started another thread as my email is Ntl.....
After all this time they haven't fixed the issue and have "raised a ticket".
Me too, email clients cant login and blank webmail screen.
The status page is now showing a fix time of 8:11pm.
Mine came back about 20 minutes ago (4:30 ish).
