unable to access Blueyonder emails

Hi

I'm unable to access my blue yonder email account on outlook.

the system asks for a password but then gives an error message saying something went wrong in setting up your account.

This has been ongoing for over a week

Can you advise how to resolve as I need urgently to acess this email account
