Teacher pension email blocked

Hi

i am trying to reset my pin on this teacher pension site but the rest emails aren’t arriving. I’ve checked spam . Any ideas how to resolve ? Thank you

    It would be very helpful if you could contact the sender and ask if the emails are bouncing back and if so what message is being generated. That will give the experts here a clue as what is going on.

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the pin reset E-Mails not arriving to your inbox.

    Can you confirm if this is apparent on this service only, or are other E-Mails of a similar nature also not reaching you?

    Has this been raised with the administrators of the portal you're working with?

      Yes I’ve told them and they say it is a known error but not their issue .

        Thanks for coming back to us on this one. As it's just an issue with this service, there isn't really anything we can do from this end. They would need to raise and resolve this I'm afraid.
