syncing feeling

I am unable to sync my blueyonder email account on my android phone. I noted that someone else had this issue months ago but I cant see a solution.  Help!!!

    You’ve not given a lot of information to go on but just to clarify things so you can get the relevant advice:

    1. Can you still access this email account from the VM website https://mail2.virginmedia.com/
    2. Do you still have a Virgin Media broadband account?
    1. If you still have a paid for VM service, have you changed your VM user name/sign in name for this Blueyonder account to a non VM email address such as a Gmail, Outlook.com or Yahoo email account and set up a VM mail app password to use with the settings of your mail app?
