Sticky post would help as in 'old days' so we know what is happening?

Days and days and cannot access my BY account. When is this going to be sorted please?  Then start afresh with a heads up of what to expect and who is going to be affected??? Is that too much to ask PLEASE. I have AMD, I have to magnify my screen 10x now as it is. Why are you making life so hard for those of us who have been loyal customers for over 25 years? I am past being angry that I am paying almost £145 a month for the full package when my new tenants in the other flats get it for a third of that, I just want it to work!
