Spasmodic email delivery

For at least the last week my email delivery to my laptop has been very spasmodic.  It seems my emails are coming through in batches and not when sent although this isn't happening on my iphone or ipad.  My laptop is a Windows laptop and I use Outlook on there.  My daughter is also having this problem.  Is this a known current issue with anyone?

    Sorry to hear of the intermittent email issues experienced in receiving emails to your laptop, we appreciate the confusion and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

     

    With the delayed emails, do you notice any similarities as in addresses or domains they come from? Time of day they are sent? We have help here as well for email account problems.
