Hello I think someone else is using my email account. My account was hacked in January I have changed passwords. I cannot log into my 02 account

Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account.
Why would you think that someone else has been using your email account? Are you able to access your online account and /or email account? Regarding the issues with your O2 account, you would need to speak to O2 about that directly.
