Secondary email locked for over 10 weeks now
I have a secondary email (My Daughters email) that has been locked since the 2nd Sept 24, I have had numerous call with the call centre which always result in the same answers of "we will fix it and leave it with us".However, the email account is still not available and I we have no way of resetting the password
