Secondary email forgotten password
When we created our email addresses over 20 years ago we created a Virgin Media Account and my email was the main email and my husband's was linked as a secondary email. I am aware from researching this forum that secondary emails now have their own Virgin Media Account and I understand that they sign in using that secondary email and password. The problem is that he has forgotten his password. Any advice on how we can access his emails? When we put in forgotten password on the relevant page it tells us that we have to put in the email address that created the Virgin Media Account which is mine but then it just tries to change my password which we don't want to do.
