Secondary eMail Account Missing?

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me. My secondary email account doesn't appear on my account in Webmail and is not syncing in Outlook.

    There are no "secondary" emails anymore.  Each mailbox should now have a 3rd party email address to access via My VM.  To access via Outlook, you use the old email address and the new 4 word password system.

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to access one of your emails. 

    What happens when you try to log into this from our webmail, please? 

    Do you remember if you've created a new app password for this email recently? This is what you would need to access the email thought mail apps and web clients.
