Re: Email not working on Outlook

Dear Coenoby,

I realise your posts were quite some time ago but I wondered if you had a suggestion for my problem. I have three E Mail addresses (all NTL World) using Microsoft Mail successfully. The advent of changing from Mail to New Outlook in Windows 11 has prompted me to migrate them. Two have migrated successfully but the other will not. Settings are all the same, password works in Virgin Mail. I ran the curl in command prompt and got a VM300 error. I rang Virgin prior to this but Got the old Gadget Rescue ploy, so I hung up. I have tried to get a new password but it keeps asking me to change my log in to a non virgin address, but I have already done that. If I put in that address I get stuck and it won't let me go any further. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
