hi, my wife and I both have email addresses on the same account. One is working fine on 3 different devices but the second is proving difficult to set up - on iPhone for example I follow the instructions on this site but I get a verification error - any ideas?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with setting up the second account on your iPhone. Each email account now needs to have it's own log in, to be able to manage the account. You'll only be able to manage 1 email account, in each log in.
So we can help you further with this, I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
