password reset email

I am not receiving reset password emails. 

I have double checked the info i am inputting and checked spam and nothing. 

Please help as I have forgotten my password and need to get into my account!

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with resetting your email password. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
