Forum Discussion
Hey Tubby1, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
As Outlook 2013 is nearly ten years old Microsoft has stopped doing any updates for this.
I would try these settings;
- Server: imap.ntlworld.com.
- Port: 993.
- Security: SSL/TLS.
- Username: Your full email address.
- Password: Your password.
Cheers

Matthew,
When I last confired Outlook was around 5 years ago and I was using a POP3 account.
The values I used were:-
SMTP server name smtp.ntlworld.com Port 25
POP3 server name pop.ntlworld.com Port 110
You have just given me one part of the settings. Can you expand please.
