old virginmedia.com email account needs to be closed but can't access old Virgin account

Hi I have previously posted on here to get an old blueyonder.co.uk email address closed down which I was helped last year but the sub accounts were never actioned as promised. Would someone be able to pick this up again please and will PM some details- thank you
