Old ntlworld email

I have finally managed to sign in to this new vm02 and log in to my Virgin media emails. However, as well as my Virgin Media email A/c I also had a separate ntlworld email A/c.  Can anybody please explain  ( in words of one syllable ) how I can now access my old ntlworld emails ?

 Previously, I just used to log out of Virgin Media and log into my ntlworld A/c. I am not what you would call computer literate ... at age 70, I am an old Luddite and do not understand this technology.

Do I have to set up ANOTHER vm02 A/c to then be able to access my other emails ?

    Yes, each VM email account will have its own VMO2 ID.  Once you have gone through this step you will access the Ntlworld email just as before by logging out of the virginmedia email and logging back in with the Ntlworld id
