Old ntlworld email account hacked - help!

Hi All,

I have an old ntlworld email account which I've used for several years, which has just been hacked and is causing me several security problems.

I can't access the account as now locked out. I need to delete it as soon as possible as damage control, but cannot find any help so far from virgin media to do so. I have tried phoning, and various chatbots, and online chats without success. I am very worried and need help to resolve this!
