NTLworld password change
Want to add a new phone but cannot remember password. Email already works fine on other devices.

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues adding your email to your new device. As mentioned by jpeg1, by following the section "How to set up my Virgin Media email on a device" are you able to set it up? If not, what error do you get? We would be happy to help from here.
