Thanks for reaching out to us, apologies for the issues that you are having with delayed emails not reaching your inbox when they should. Can I ask, is the issue still ongoing or has it since resolved itself?

    I'm experiencing the same thing. Lots of NTL emails seem to have been going astray in the last few days.

    Sorry these emails went into my spam folder so I’ve only just seen them! It seems to have been resolved. Can you please confirm that Virgin Media is not going to stop supporting these email accounts as I have heard rumours that you might?
