Ntlworld - locked out again
My wife’s ntlworld.com email account has become inaccessible and not for the first time. The error message on all devices (web, iPad and iPhone) is the same - no password provided, even though when you go into settings the correct password is detailed on all devices and it was working minutes before it stopped, since when nothing was changed.
I have a sneaking suspicion that Virgin do this periodically in the hope that people will switch to another provider - is anybody else having the same issues?
