Can you confirm you are currently a customer with an active Virgin Media broadband service?
If so, have you been able to register for your Virgin Media O2 ID? This will need to be completed before you can access any emails or apps that use your Virgin Media login details to access. You can find more on the Virgin Media O2 ID here if you need.
