NTL World.com email access

First thing, are you a current paying VM customer?  Have you setup the new VMO2ID user account?  This is mandatory now.

Sorry to hear of your access concerns to your NTLworld email. 
Can you confirm you are currently a customer with an active Virgin Media broadband service? 
If so, have you been able to register for your Virgin Media O2 ID? This will need to be completed before you can access any emails or apps that use your Virgin Media login details to access. You can find more on the Virgin Media O2 ID here if you need. 
 

This is the most helpful piece of information I've had since this Virgin/O2 login debacle started in July after calls to helplines proved fruitless and numerous attempts to get a confirmed login sorted I gave up.  I couldn't access my ntlworld emails unless I used my Yahoo email to verify my account which was a pain especially when I wanted to access on my iPhone.

I felt so strongly and frustrated about the whole situation coupled with O2 jacking up my mobile charges that I quit my O2 account as Martin Lewis suggested and went for new mobile supplier at a fraction of the price and with a much better plan breakdown. 

The information in the "here" link was invaluable and should have been clearly given to all VM customers from the outset.  So far it appears to have worked as I've been able to create a new password.
