Ntl email access
Got a new iPhone and can not get ntl email account to work. Can only access via the web. Impossible to follow any online instructions

Don't have an iPhone but if you are using an app to access your email have you entered your password in the format of xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx into your email app, you can reset this if you sign into your MVM account.
