Can you please confirm if you've attempted to clear cache on the browser you're using, or an alternative browser, to see if this populates the desired option?

Had been away - returned yesterday and catching up with my stuff. I had attempted alternative browser unsuccessfully but was not aware of needing to clear cache (and still don't know how to do it) since that was not suggested earlier if i recollect right.

In all honesty,if you still get the problem when using another browser it is unlikely that clearing the cache will resolve it.
The way you clear the cache in a browser varies slightly depending on which browser you are using.
The best way to find out is to do a simple online search such as:
how to clear the cache in Chrome (or whichever browser you are using.)
You will then get a short step by step guide how to do it. It's easy enough in any browser.
As I say, I don't think it's the answer but as VM have suggested doing it then it would be worth trying.
