Sorry to hear you to are experiencing the email issues, we understand the frustration and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
You mentioned this has been the case since the email issues a month or so back, are you experiencing any other issues with the email account? Problems accessing these? Sending and receiving?
To get access did you reset the password? There is help here for webmail and here for email settings to ensure this is all set up correctly. We'd also ask to try on multiple devices across mobiles, laptops and PC if possible.
