No response, 5 days without email access

Hi, I recently had to start using the new outlook.  I generated a password on the VM site.  After a few days outlook asked for the password as it had disappeared. Did again and same happened a few days later with the newly generated password.  Went to generate a new password and couldn't log in to the generate email page as account locked.  Contacted VM and told I would be contacted between 1-5 days, this been the 5th and heard nothing.  I'm loosing a lot of customers through this and who knows what else of importance! the email is an @ntlworld.com if that's relevant?

    These old ntlworld emails just aren't reliable enough now to rely on for business, and no one knows when VM will close them altogether.  Get yourself a proper email from one of the other providers, and move your contacts across before you lose them.

    Can you access the mailbox  via MVM Webmail ?   Are you still a paying customer of VM ?

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment. Did the team advise that a ticket had been raised to our support team. As Adduxi asked, are you able to view your emails via your online account?
