No emails for 11 weeks

Hi

Since Virgin & o2 merged when i had to log in a different way i have had no access to my emails. This now is more than 11 weeks. I have a job logged with Virgin (P013116271) & a complaint (C2907253677). I have made about 10 calls, weekly, to try to get this resolved. I have been told its with the second line, its been passed to our IT team, etc etc. No one seems to care enough to just get my emails back for me. I have tried on different PCs, different browsers and even the Virgin app. NOTHING. This is now beyond a joke. I keep getting told i will get a call back but have I - NO. Could someone from Virgin just contact me and get this fixed. The only thing Virgin have done is carry on taking my monthly payment !!

  • Hi LeeGee4 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding emails. 

    If an IT Ticket has been raised for you, then you will need to wait for this to be resolved. 

    However, in order for us to try and advise accordingly, are you able to advise please what part of the process you are stuck on?

  • Thanks for reaching out. Im stuck on the part that lets me into my emails. So i type my email address and then hit enter then nothing happens

      How are you accessing the emails?  Are you using Webmail and have already signed into MyVM using the new mandated VMO2ID account?

      Hi LeeGee4, 

      Thanks for coming back to us and explaining that. Based on what you've said, it sounds like you're signed into My VM and are able to access the billing side of things. Is this correct? 

      If yes, then you should just be able to scroll down to Virgin Media Mail. There's nothing you need to enter in order to proceed to your emails. 

      It would also be helpful to know, as mentioned by Adduxi, are you trying to sign in to webmail directly or are you trying to access via an email client or app?
