I'm having the same problem - not being to access my ntlworld account.
'Leave Virgin and you'll still have it' she said - muggins here believed her.
How can I access it please? I only left virgin about a month ago - I can't sign into my usual Virgin Home Page

Forum TeamThanks for these details, do you hold Power of Attorney to the account holder, if so we would need to documentation to support this as third parties cannot access account details such as mailboxes.

UNfortunately they can't help me unless Power of Attorney is granted BEFORE your relative passes away grrr
