My NTLworld email has been hacked- how do I change my password?

Hi - I need to change my old ntlworld email password, its been hacked and they have managed to get into other accounts such as uber and netflix and lock me out.  I need to change my password ASAP to prevent any further hacks.  I have looked on the forum and tried to log into my virgin media but it says email not recognised??

Please can someone help.....

    I would be happy to have it deleted completely at this point. Nothing on the link says how to do that?
