Lost sent emails

Hi, I appear to have lost 10yrs of sent emails from my NTL account everything up to end May 2024.

Check deleted, spam, archive online access via this portal and nothing all gone.

Worried in case account been hacked can someone please let me know 

  1. Can I get my emails back?
  2. How do I check logs for odd access etc.

I am more concerned someone has hacked and moved the emails somewhere... however I am seeing no other odd activity or emails

    Sorry to hear of the issue experienced, in which sent E-Mails have seemingly disappeared.

    Can you please attempt clearing cache on your browser and logging back into the E-Mail account via our portal to see if the sent E-Mails re-appear for you?
