I changed my user name this morning from blueyonder to gmail and lost all the emails in my inbox. Ones in sent, bin or other folders there but nothing in my inbox. When I go into my email account via the web that is the same. I understand this is a known issue, with emails disappearing how can they be recovered.
Regrettably if the missing emails cannot be located when in webmail then they are unrecoverable.
FYI make sure all folder are subscribed to in webmail before reviewing folder content for missing emails. To do this select:
