Locked secondary Email Account

Hi,

One of my additional email address linked to my primary account has been locked - due to me forgetting password / having to rebuild P.C..

I've tried resetting the password, but  am just going round in circles trying to login / reset the password. Could somebody please help

      Hi,

      thanks for the link - I've been through those steps, but whenever I enter the email address I wish to reset the password for I get:

      If I use the third party email address I now have against my account, then all I can reset is the password for that, as far as I can see

      Hi,

      Thanks for the link, I have followed the instructions (tried several times), but unfortunately all I get is :

      when I enter the address of the email I wish to rest the password for.

      I've logged in using the 4rd party email I have against my VM account, but that only seems to allow me to reset the password for that, not the email address Im interested in (as far as I can see)
