Locked out of virgin.net email address
Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help. I have been locked out of my virgin.net email account and cannot access any emails. I have went through the process of using another email address to change my password and it still keeps coming up as locked out. I tried to phone Virgin but did not get very far in trying to resolve the issue. Has anyone had any issues with this and how can I get it sorted as there are emails in the virgin.net email address that relate to health appointments.
