Locked out of virgin.net email address

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help.  I have been locked out of my virgin.net email account and cannot access any emails.  I have went through the process of using another email address to change my password and it still keeps coming up as locked out.  I tried to phone Virgin but did not get very far in trying to resolve the issue.  Has anyone had any issues with this and how can I get it sorted as there are emails in the virgin.net email address that relate to health appointments.

    Are you currently a VM broadband customer?

    VM has recently been closing down a lot of email addresses if they are not linked to an active VM broadband account.

    Sorry to hear of the difficulty obtaining access to the @virgin.net address. 

    As per the post from goslow, are you an active Virgin Media customer currently?

    If so, do you know if the @virgin.net E-Mail was created whilst the subscription was active, or was this prior to signing up for our services?

  • Hi There, thanks for coming back to me.  I have had the virgin.net email address for a while and was prior to signing up to being a Virgin Media Customer, but I do pay for broadband etc, does this help, Thanks
