Linking VirginMedia with 02 account - need help.

Been asked to make an 02 account and then link it with my virginmedia account - problem is on the final page where it says put your password in for the email you usually sign into my virginmedia its showing the wrong email and does not let me change it therefore i'm getting nowhere and currently cannot use my email.

Can someone please contact me urgently. I have been on the telephone with someone but they could not help.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your email being displayed wrong.

    We can have a look from here and request that your email address be changed on here.

    This is done by raising a request with our IT team. It can take around 7-10 days though.
