Link legacy email accounts to current VM account.

Sorry to make yet another new post about the same issue others have already posted about but I'm not sure what the etiquette about hijacking threads is here.

Basically I received an email about closing legacy email accounts but I'm a current customer and I'd like to keep the old addresses active please.
So if a member of VM support could also send me a DM for more details please that would be great.

Also just FYI I tried to contact support directly through an online chat session but it kept asking for details and then closing the window too fast to read the reason why it was ending the session.

    90sDotnet  You have done the right thing by starting your own thread rather than piggybacking on others.  The VM Forum Team staff should respond in due course.  The key to a successful result is if the old virgin.net account and the current VM broadband account are in the same customer names.
